1 – Complaints / Refund
Any delays do not entitle the buyer to cancel the sale, refuse the goods or claim a reduction or damages.
In the event of a complaint, all costs for the return of Organink products are the responsibility of the buyer. Reimbursement of products is due provided that no anomaly is found on the products.
